Every action and every practical step of Baloch society whether in war or peace taken as scenic formation, landscape, site, time and setting as well as take shape of complete story by creating physical, perpetual and emotional context in Dastānag. Among various characteristics, the dramatic features of Dastānag made it separates from all forms of folk poetry. Action, plot, characters, story, climax, movement, time, themes and diction, indeed all the dramatic features are present in Dastānag. This paper is an investigation of dramatic features of Dastānag. Such a misunderstanding also exists about first collection of Balochi short stories. Mirgand is a book written by the prominent writer of Balochi language Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi. There is a confusion in Balochi literature about the material included in this book. Mirgand is often said to be the first collection of short stories in Balochi literature, but <br>some people do not consider it to be fiction at all.
