Abstract

The tradition of literary translation in Balochi literature started in the 1950s. In comparison with other neighboring languages, Balochi adopted less literary translation but in the 1990s the translations increased. This paper discusses the translations of poetry in Balochi literature and its historical growth. Furthermore, in this paper those books will be reviewed which have been translated from other languages to Balochi. The main objective of this paper is to find out the art and the techniques of translation used in Balochi translated books.
